The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

    At Dyer Packaging, Inc. it is our goal to provide the highest quality and most comprehensive selection of reclosable flexible packaging at extremely competitive prices, with prompt and friendly service and fast, accurate deliveries.

    WARRANTY:
    We do our best to supply the best flexible packaging consumables in the marketplace.  We warranty our products against defects in workmanship.  We do not, however control the use of our products by our customers and as such, assume no liability connected with their use.  Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising from the use or inability to use our products.  If defects in our products are found that are attributable to the manufacturing process, we will gladly accept return of the defective product for full refund or exchange, if such claims are made within the terms of our "Returns & Refunds" section of this page.

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
    Unless otherwise designated, orders from Dyer Packaging, Inc. are shipped via UPS Ground or via common carrier LTL freight line.  Charges for shipping are added to the customer invoice.  Orders that exceed the maximum weight for UPS will be shipped via common carrier freight line as either "LTL" (less than truckload) or "TL" (truckload) shipments.  Based on the shipment weight and final destination, our traffic department will determine the most economical and expedient way to ship your order.

    Should you desire an expedited shipment, we would be glad to ship per your instructions.  Any additional charges incurred will be added to the final customer invoice.  Extra services such as "inside delivery" or "lift gate required" that incur additional charges must be specified in advance and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

    If you would prefer to use your own UPS account number or common carrier freight collect account, we are happy to accommodate those requests - however those options are not available with online ordering.

    CANCELLATIONS:
    Stock Items:  Orders may be cancelled up and until the time at which the product ordered has shipped.  Orders that have shipped may be returned, however the buyer is responsible for return shipment and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    Custom Items:  Orders may be cancelled for custom products ordered but not yet produced.  Buyer is responsible for any artwork/graphics fees, printing plates or custom material charges produced at the time of cancellation.

    ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:
    For custom printed bags, camera-ready artwork or electronic vector-based file formats must be provided.  Printing plate and graphics preparation charges may apply, and will be provided up front with your individual product quotation.  Prior to a custom production run, artwork proofs
    will be provided to the customer for review and a signed approval form must be received by Dyer Packaging, Inc. prior to the start of production.

    PAYMENT:
    All payments are made to Dyer Packaging, Inc.  We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Company checks accepted with approved credit.

    For payment terms and open credit accounts we require full banking and trade references.  If credit is granted, full payment within the specified terms is expected.

    RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
    No merchandise is to be returned without obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER in advance from Dyer Packaging, Inc.  Notice for claims of non-confirming products, shortages or non-delivery must be given in writing within the 30 calendar days from the original delivery date.  Failure on the part of the purchaser to give written notice within the 30 day period constitutes unquestionable acceptance of products and the purchaser waives all claims in respect to said products.

    If manufacturing defects are found and the above-mentioned conditions have been met, we will arrange for a return, provide product replacement or issue a credit to your account.
